OPF Test Manager (M/F)

As a Test Manager, you will join a talented and experienced project or product delivery team. You will participate in the development of one of Clear2Pay’s international SEPA project implementations or product development based on our Open Payments Framework. You will be the linking pin towards the off-shore test company and pivotal in guaranteeing the quality of our deliveries towards customers.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Liaise with off-shore test company
  • Manage off-shore test team
  • Collaborate closely with Clear2Pay project/delivery manager
  • Evaluate our testing practice and initiate and control test improvements
  • Manage the development of test cases, smoke tests, automated test script and execute them
  • Maintain test progress reporting process
  • Control (and complete) coherence between product / documentation / use cases and test scenario’s
  • Manage delivery of agreed requirements within tight timeframes
  • Continuously track correct delivery of all test artifacts, planning and project tasks
  • Meet and exceed quality requirements of shipped products or projects
  • Track and address quality issues

Who we’re looking for

  • Knowledge of and experience with project management and/or test management of ICT projects for financial institutions
  • Knowledge of and experience with quality assurance activities (testing, documentation, progress reporting, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of the different test methods and test techniques that are considered a standard in the market
  • Good writing skills
  • Knowledge of Jira, Spiratest and Selenium is a plus, not a must
  • Willing to contribute to and guide the automation of our testing practice Affinity with quality and testing processes

  • Good social contacts, team player
  • Flexible as well in job content as in planning (collaboration with teams in different time zones)
  • Self-disciplined and self-motivated
  • Fluent in English. French is a plus.
