As Junior Consultant in Payment Systems you will be a member of our “CBK implementation team”. The team is responsible for the marketing and support of a back-office software package named “CBK” developed by Clear2Pay for the management of MasterCard, Visa and American Express disputed transactions, customer claim management and fraud reporting. Clear2Pay is a recognized market leader in this area. The CBK package is currently installed in 17 countries in Europe, Middle East and United States.
Your role will be:
- Providing implementation services to customers.
- Identification and analysis of user business requirements
- Demonstration of the package to potential customers
- Visiting customers at their office in different countries (Europe and overseas)
Required qualifications
- Master degree in (Applied) Economic Sciences, Management, Engineering, Commercial Sciences, Computer Sciences, or any other master degree completed by a degree in Management
- Very rigorous and organized in your work
- Logical thinking, curious and “service oriented”
- Not afraid of IT technologies
- Good knowledge of English
- Creative and dynamic
- Excellent team spirit
Other appreciated skills
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (i.e.: Spanish, German, Italian)
