To further strengthen the management consulting practice, we seek consultants with an interest in payments, cards, financial markets and cash management.

W e have a number of exciting career opportunities for (senior) consultants that will put you firmly at the forefront of change across Financial Services markets. We are often involved in leading engagements in the following areas:

  • Payments and Transactions strategy development and execution
  • Performance improvement in both operations and revenue generation
  • Business unit reorganisations and organisational design projects
  • Organisational assessments as part of the M&A process and Post-acquisition integration

Your role and responsibilities

  • Our clients will look to you as a trusted advisor to help drive performance improvement through defining and delivering major change programmes. You will lead or participate in engagements that provide insight and recommendations to different types of payment strategy, performance improvement, reorganisation and integration projects
  • Preparing, presenting, and implementing practical bottom line-oriented solutions including changes of processes, organisations and people to senior management / Board level
  • We will look to you to excel in client and project management, to shape thought leadership and contribute to practice development, while identifying and supporting business development opportunities along the way
  • You will also achieve outstanding results by managing and coaching those around you to get the very best out of your team. Sharing knowledge and experience by helping coach and develop our team in areas where you have expertise, and rolling out best practices to other Clear2Pay consulting teams across Europe

Your profile

  • Ideally you have experience in payments, transaction services, cards or financial markets preferably in the banking sector or for a management consultancy
  • You have strong analytical skills: A track record in business analysis is essential, and experience of defining a number of the following would be advantageous: distribution or operational (payment) strategy, target operating models, organisational structures, cost reduction programmes, lean core business processes, KPIs / balanced scorecards or advising clients in relation to post-merger integration.
  • You have a strong interest in performance improvement; therefore recognised quality management qualifications, such as Lean and Six Sigma would be desirable.
  • You possess the ability and experience to work at senior management level
  • At the more senior levels you will be experienced in building client relationships, team development and leadership, revenue generation through business development
  • You are an outstanding team player with a willingness to learn new things and be challenged
  • You are a change agent, possessing excellent communication skills, in written and presentation form, and strong interpersonal skills
  • You have a very results-oriented attitude and approach.
  • Proven ability to adapt and succeed in changing circumstances
  • You have a strong ability to think conceptually
  • Fluency in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus
  • A MBA is seen as an advantage as well as a background in banking or insurance
  • Relevant project and quality management qualifications, such as Prince2 and PMI
  • Above all, you will have the leadership and drive to make things happen.
