Clear2pay is looking for an experienced HR manager, who is flexible and hands on. In this function it is the goal to set up, fine tune, streamline and monitor several HR policies and practices and to harmonize the HR practices globally.
As corporate HR Manager, you will coordinate the HR department for both Belgium and the 3 Regional units (EMEA/APAC/US), manage HR systems and procedures and advise the managers of the holding in view of achieving the objectives of the company with regards to Human Resources.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Plan, develop and implement strategy and practices for HR management and development including
- Compensation and benefits (including a grid formalizing this per function type & experience level)
- Bonus plans
- Commission Plans
- Contracts
- Social law and work regulations
- Recruitment and selection policy/practices
- Counseling (employee life cycle including mobility and career management)
- Training and development
- Terminations
- Performance appraisals and quality management issues
- Streamline global principles of compensation (benefits/bonuses/commissions/evaluations/etc)
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Manage and develop direct reporting staff
- Day-to-day involvement in HR operations on Belgium level
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets
- Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements. You will work together with the COO and the regional manager on a day to day basis
- Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in cooperation with the executive team
- Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.
Profile
- Relevant university degree (post university degree in HR is a plus)
- +/_ 10 years experience in HR
- Good knowledge of Belgian social law
- Experience in putting up bonus & commission schemes
- Experience in working out different compensation and benefit plan
- Knowledge international social law and international employment is an asset
- Experience with change management is a plus
- Hands- on and able to finalize assigned tasks
- Can work independently
- Have a multicultural, stress-resistant, mature personality with a diplomatic, persuasive first- class communication style
- Able to prioritize and bring structure to work
- Knowledge of MS office and outlook
- Fluent in English / French /Dutch (both oral and written, company language is English)
